There is a one year non compete contract that you must sign before mentoring or workshops. This link will be included in the return email.

Simple Mentor Session~2 day $1000.00 for a 1:1, 9am-2pm. 2 days with 1 full Session per day to sit in on. Not hands on, no personal DSLR

Classic Mentor Session~2 day $1600.00 for a 1:1, 9am-2pm. 2 days with 1 full Session per day. Hands on, no personal DSLR

Luxury Mentor Session~3 day $2300.00 for 1:1, 9 am- 2pm. 2 days with 1 full Session per day with Parent and Sibling posing. Hands On, Personal DSLR allowed. 3rd day, Editing both sessions.

1:1 Mentoring Not Hands On~ Allows you to sit in on a sessions to learn how I typically shoot newborns with my flow of poses, see my camera angles, lighting and how to talk to clients. General knowledge of how to run a photography business. Will cover camera settings, white balance, exposure and how to shoot the best straight out of camera. No Personal DSLR will be allowed.

1:1 Mentoring Hands On~ All hands on with guidance. Allows you to learn how a newborn session runs, learn posing, learn camera angles, lighting and how to talk to clients. Will cover camera settings, white balance, exposure and how to shoot the best straight out of camera. You will learn how to safely pose newborns and to refine and perfect every little finger. We will cover soothing, transitions and how to prep parents. How to run a profitable photography business. No Personal DSLR will be allowed

1:1 Mentoring, Hands On with Editing~ All hands on posing with guidance. Allows you to learn how a newborn session runs, shoot your own images using your camera, learn posing, learn camera angles, lighting and how to talk to clients. Will cover camera settings, white balance, exposure and how to shoot the best straight out of camera. You will learn how to safely pose newborns and to refine and perfect every little finger. We will cover soothing, transitions and how to prep parents. How to run a profitable photography business. In addition, we will take one day to edit both newborn sessions that were shot. I will go over the editing tools that I use. You will be able to use all of those images you take for your portfolio with mention of Kelly Saxon Photography on social media. Personal DSLR will be allowed.

A deposit $150.00 is due upon registration. The remaining balance is due in full 1 week prior to the scheduled session. Payment Information will be provided in the return email.

What you need:

Basic knowledge of Photoshop.

You must own and understand DSLR camera, and are comfortable shooting in Manual Mode. Must have basic knowledge of aperture, shutter speed and ISO.

I recommend either 35mm or 24-70 mm. You do not need a computer but are welcome to bring a laptop so that you can download the images right away.
